Hello, World!

Our Classes

  • • Intermediate, Advanced (Anaerobic)

Runners partake in a "fartlek." The word fartlek originates from Sweden meaning "speed play." There is no set pace, and the instructor will periodically increase the speed over inclined hills to help maximize the physical and mental capabilities with proper running form.

  • • Intermediate, Advanced (Aerobic + Threshold)

Strength training class incorporating weights, bands, and other equipment along with some incline running to help improve muscle strength, prevent injuries, and enhance running form.

  • • Intermediate, Advanced (Threshold)

Endurance training class while learning to pace yourself in order to accomplish a negative split (pick up pace). The goal is to be able to complete the second half of your run faster than your first half, simulating a race day strategy.

  • • Novice, Intermediate, Advanced (Aerobic)

Run/Jog/Walk. Great introductory class to help find your comfortable pace and proper form. Intermediate and advanced can focus on proper form and breathing.

  • • Novice, Intermediate, Advanced (Aerobic + Threshold + Anaerobic)

This class consists of a Run/Walk or Run/Jog workout.

The intervals are run for a specific amount of time, specific distances, at specific paces, and with specific recovery periods. Overall, this helps the runner boost cardiovascular fitness.
