Monthly Long Runs: Take place on the very last Saturday of every month. We meet inside GRIT at 6:00 am and will take off 6:10 am. All are always welcomed.

If you are not feeling 100%, we encourage you to bring your bike as an alternative means of participation.

  • You do not need to be a member to attend classes at GRIT, but you will need to create an account in order to register for classes.

  • We are a training center that welcomes all running clubs and their members.

  • We welcome runners of all experience levels to our training center - novice, intermediate and advanced.

  • If it's your first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes before so we can help you get familiarized with the equipment. If you have been to class before, arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start.

  • Our Lion Class is recommended as an intro to GRIT. 

    This class focuses on helping the athlete develop proper form and find their true pace.
