Race Preparation

At GRIT, we recognize the importance of learning the fundamentals of the sport. Giving the body the opportunity to train properly, adapt, and recover effectively, minimizing the risk of injury.

We champion a philosophy that prioritizes incremental progress, recognizing that each athlete is built through a carefully diverse range of runs all serving a distinct purpose.

We offer five different group training classes designed for runners of all experience levelsβ€”each targeting key elements like aerobic development, threshold work, and anaerobic strength.

Unlike traditional group fitness, we've created a space where you can experience the motivation of running alongside others while maintaining complete control over your own pace and effort.

Not sure what class to take first? We recommend starting with our introductory Lion Classβ€”it's the perfect way to get familiar with our coaching style and training environment.

For most of our athletes, we generally recommend attending one to two training sessions per week. Classes are strategically designed to focus on particular aspects of their training plan.

The remainder of our athletes' weekly running volume is typically completed outdoors. This combination ensures the development of a well rounded endurance athlete.
