We offer five different group training classes designed for runners of all experience levels—each targeting key elements like aerobic development, threshold work, and anaerobic strength.
Unlike traditional group fitness, we've created a space where you can experience the motivation of running alongside others while maintaining complete control over your own pace and effort.

Race Preparation
Join Us
Not sure what class to take first? We recommend starting with our introductory Lion Class—it's the perfect way to get familiar with our coaching style and training environment.
For most of our athletes, we generally recommend attending one to two training sessions per week. Classes are strategically designed to focus on particular aspects of their training plan.
The remainder of our athletes' weekly running volume is typically completed outdoors. This combination ensures the development of a well rounded endurance athlete.

Membership
Looking for structure, accountability, and a race plan tailored to your running goals? We offer two membership options designed to meet you where you are in your running journey.
Our Kenyan Green Membership includes everything you need to train smarter and build confidence for your next race. You'll receive a personalized training plan built around your pace, fitness level, and race timeline. This plan goes beyond just mileage—it includes targeted workouts, pacing guidance, and ongoing communication with our Head Coach. Plus, you’ll have access to our in-person group training classes, giving you the chance to apply your plan in a motivating, team-centered environment.
Our Gold Membership also offers a personalized training plan and coach communication, but gives you the flexibility to book group or private classes separately.
