MEMBERSHIPS

The Kenyan Green Membership and Gold Membership are set up as auto-payments and automatically renew every 4 weeks until the end of your training cycle. If you wish to cancel beforehand, please read the cancellation policies below.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time, but notice must be given one full billing cycle in advance (30 days).

To give notice, please submit a cancellation request to info@gritrunningcenter.com. Cancellation policies for promotional rates may differ. Please refer to the specific promotional terms below.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS

After any promotional rate period, you will automatically be enrolled in our full-priced membership rates until you cancel your membership. Promotional offers are limited solely to the intended recipient and may not be transferred, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to a third party.

Promotional offers may not be combined with any other offers. The promotional offer is valid during the period stated in the promotion details or email. Any attempt to utilize the promotional messages to redeem the offer outside of this time period will not be permitted.

ONE-TIME PROMOTION 

Our Intro 2 GRIT Package is valid for athletes who are new to our training center. We reserve the right to terminate your promotional rate at any time if it has been used multiple times by the same athlete.

EXPIRATION POLICY

Single class purchase expire two weeks after purchase.

Open session purchase expire one week after purchase.

Intro to GRIT package expires one month after purchase.

Five-class package expires one month after purchase.

Ten-class package expire two months after purchase.

CLASS REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

You must pre-register for all classes and open sessions. The cancellation window closes 8 hours before the class begins. If you are on a class pack and do not show up for your scheduled class or open session, your credit will still be deducted from your pack unless it is rescheduled for another day. If you are a member, you are also subject to late cancellation and no-show fees.

PRIVATE GROUP CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us at info@gritrunningcenter.com at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule your private group class due to any unforeseen circumstances. Late cancellation and no-show fees may apply.

PRIVATE EVENT CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us at info@gritrunningcenter.com at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your private event class for a full refund. If cancelled after the 48-hour window, we will refund only 40%. No exceptions. 

NO CASH REFUNDS 

There will be no monetary refunds provided for any reason, although alternative refunds such as class or open session credit may be offered.

RESERVATIONS 

You must be physically present at the start of your scheduled class, or your spot may be given to a waitlisted athlete.

WAITLIST POLICY

If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you were on the waitlist.

ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of our website, you will need to create an account. You must not use someone else's account without permission. When creating your account, it is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for any activity that takes place on your account and you must ensure the security of your account password. Please inform us immediately if there is any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
