GRIT RUNNING CENTER RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All classes, open sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. No exceptions.

• All classes and open sessions must be prepaid online. 

• You must be physically present and checked in at the start of class, or your spot may be released to a waitlisted client.

• Reserved classes must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 8 hours in advance of the scheduled time, or they will be forfeited.

• Coaches and classes are subject to change without notice. 

• It is not guaranteed that you will consistently have a class with our head coach, as instructors rotate regularly.

• Please check our website for the most current schedule, as our classes vary weekly. To check availability in these classes, use your account to log in and access our live schedule.

• Proper running shoes are recommended.

• All athletes must wear one piece of top clothing.

• If you are recovering from an injury or illness, please notify the instructor before the class starts.

• Racial or ethnic slurs, sexually harassing remarks, threats of violence, and any other provocative comments, language, or actions are prohibited. No exceptions.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or remove any athlete who does not comply with our rules and regulations.

  • By participating in our monthly Saturday long run event, each person acknowledges and assumes sole responsibility for ensuring their own personal safety, physical health, and overall well-being. It is solely their responsibility to adhere to any and all relevant regulations, guidelines, and recommendations concerning public health and safety while running outside.

*GRIT Running Center reserves the right to modify our Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, with or without notice to the User, at our sole discretion from time to time. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
