We offer five different group training classes designed for runners of all experience levels—each targeting key elements like aerobic development, threshold work, and anaerobic strength.
Unlike traditional group fitness, we've created a space where you can experience the motivation of running alongside others while maintaining complete control over your own pace and effort. We eliminate the pressure of 'keeping up' or adhering to a single intensity level. We believe that training alongside other athletes who share your passion, goals, and commitment builds more than just endurance.

Race Preparation
Join Us
Not sure what class to take first? We recommend starting with our introductory Lion Class—it's the perfect way to get familiar with our coaching style and training environment.
For most of our athletes, we generally recommend attending one to two training sessions per week. Classes are strategically designed to focus on particular aspects of their training plan.
The remainder of our athletes' weekly running volume is typically completed outdoors. This combination ensures the development of a well rounded endurance athlete.

GRIT Memberships
Looking for structure, accountability, and a race plan tailored to your running goals? Here at GRIT, we offer two membership options designed to meet you where you are in your running journey.
Kenyan Green Membership: This all-in-one option gives you everything you need to train smarter and feel confident heading into your next race. You’ll receive a personalized training plan customized to your current fitness level, pace, and race goals—designed to go beyond just mileage. Your training plan includes structured workouts, pacing strategies, form guidance, and a final detailed race day plan to ensure you're fully prepared.
You’ll also gain access to five class credits to train in-person with our team, plus direct communication with our Head Coach throughout your entire training cycle to keep you on track every step of the way.
Gold Membership: Includes a personalized training plan and ongoing coach support. Group and private classes are not included with this membership, but you’ll have the flexibility to book them separately at your convenience.
