Book your first training class with us today. We offer five unique training classes designed to cater to runners of all experience levels, focusing on aerobic, threshold, and anaerobic training. However, we highly recommend starting with our introductory Lion Class. This class is perfect for anyone visiting our training center for the first time.
Race Preparation
How Often Should I Be Attending Class?
For most of our athletes, we generally recommend attending one to two training sessions per week. Classes are strategically designed to focus on particular aspects of their training plan. Whether it's building speed, working on strength, or building an aerobic base. The remainder of our athletes' weekly running volume is typically completed outdoors. This combination ensures the development of a well rounded endurance athlete. However, training frequency is highly individualized and depends on various factors such as the athlete's experience level, current fitness and race goals.
