GRIT Running Center is one of the three places in the greater Houston area that has access to state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills and the only one with coaches who specialize in running. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for year-round training, so you can focus on your goals without any worries. The founders of GRIT faced numerous challenges in maintaining a consistent training cycle due to Houston's unpredictable weather. The extreme heat and humidity of summer and the disruptive weather patterns of hurricane season often hindered their training progress. However, the incorporation of treadmill workouts emerged as the ultimate solution to overcome this.
